Sam Hambley

Sam Hambly

Operations Manager

Sam has been a valued and respected part of the Peak family since 2019 as he actively contributes to his and fellow team members’ continuous improvement.

He exudes commitment, passion and loyalty in all aspects of his role and liaises with clients in a professional, effective manner at all times.

Managing our residential projects is no small feat, but being the perfectionist that he is, Sam takes it all in his stride and continues to exceed our expectations.

With two busy young boys, Sam’s time outside of work is spent with his family and showing off his chef skills in the kitchen.

Alan Bailey

Senior Estimator

Alan joined the Peak team in 2019, bringing over ten years of estimator knowledge. Consistently impressing the team with his diligent approach to the role, he has become an integral part of the business aiding Peak’s growth with his dedication and industry experience.

Al enjoys a good coffee and spends his weekends adventuring outdoors with his wife.

Mitch Durnan

Senior Commercial Site Manager

Mitch has been a Peak team member since 2018, moving to the Sunshine Coast from his hometown region of Toowoomba.

He has extensive industry experience supervising commercial projects and has been an integral part of assisting with the growth of our business. He is motivated and loyal, and approaches his role with a ‘can do’ attitude.

He is an excellent communicator and shows strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Everyone needs a Mitch on their team!

John Liddiard

Maintenance Supervisor

After moving to the Sunshine Coast from Victoria with his family, John joined the Peak team in early 2022, diving headfirst into the role by managing our business’s maintenance sector.

He has shown continued motivation and dedication to his role with his ‘can-do’ approach to the job, helping grow and develop in this area of the business.

Ben Perren

Maintenance Supervisor

Ben recently joined the plumbing team as a maintenance supervisor, bringing a wealth of specialised plumbing experience and knowledge from years spent successfully running his plumbing business.

His trusted expertise from working in the field with other tradesmen and apprentices and liaising with customers over the years shows in his valued work ethic and management skills. We couldn’t be more excited to have Ben on board to assist with managing our maintenance sector and Peak’s continued growth.

Ben loves doing outdoor activities with his family, like mountain biking and has a long-standing commitment to his local soccer community.

With years of experience, he is a trusted and valuable addition to our growing business, assisting the office team in all areas of our finance operations with his dedicated work ethic and valued experience.

Office Co-ordinator

Trish is our dedicated administrator extraordinaire who has taken charge and managed all things within the Peak office since early 2019.

Trish has implemented innovative strategies and systems within the administration space to assist with the success and growth of the business, along with supporting the team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Trish is often referred to as the ‘office mum’ and takes the role very seriously by providing the team with lots of homemade treats.

Administration Officer

Carly recently joined our administration team after years of successfully running her own plumbing business alongside her husband, Ben.

With her abundance of specialised plumbing administration knowledge, Carly is an invaluable asset to our in-house team, assisting with all the ‘behind-the-scenes processes to ensure the job gets done!

Carly predominantly looks after our commercial and residential plumbing sectors, with a very articulate and thorough approach to the role.

In her spare time, Carly loves to travel, plays soccer at her local club, and stays busy keeping up with her two young boys.
